Executive Pool Homes have all the standard features of a luxury home but generally have 20% more living area plus 4 bedroom 3 bathrooms available King size bed in the Master bedroom, VCR, BBQ Grill, highchair, and extra phone in the bedroom

Terms and Conditions

Occupancy:

Maximum occupancy for Prestige Vacations Homes, 3 bedroom 8 people, 4 bedroom 10 people, 5 bedroom 12 people, 6 bedroom sleeps up to 14 people. This arrangement sleeps 2 people per bedroom plus 2 people on a sleeper sofa usually located in the living room.

Property:

Every effort is made to ensure property is in perfect condition for the duration of your stay. Prestige Vacations Direct acts as a booking / reservations agent for the home owners. Specifications are subject to change. Garages not always available.

Safety:

You must ensure that children are not left at anytime in the accommodation or in the pool area on their own without adult supervision. If necessary keep all doors locked to ensure the children do not visit the pool area alone. Swimming pools are provided free of charge as part of the vacation home. Pool heating if required (usually Nov - March) is charged at a minimum 5 day request.

Access:

Access may be required to the home during your stay but only by authorized personnel for repairs or maintenance

Non smoking:

For your comfort the property is a non smoking status, smoking is allowed on the patio.

Breakage's:

Accidents or breakage's must be reported.

PETS:

We do not allow pets in any of our homes. The only exception is guide dogs (eye seeing). This has to be agreed prior to booking. Guests who without prior arrangement bring their pets will be asked to remove the pet from the property or vacate the home..

Payment Policy

Deposit:

Once you have placed your deposit, your Prestige Vacation home is reserved for your Disney area Vacation. A deposit of $100.00 which is deducted from the total cost is required at the time of booking. This is non refundable. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, plus Debit Card.

Payment / Late Booking:

Bookings less than 45 days prior to arrival Full Payment is required.

Balance Due:

Once you have reserved your Prestige Vacation home the balance would be just 45 days prior to arrival. This can be paid by certified check, money order, or credit (debit) cards.

Installments:

If you wish to pay installments prior to the 45 days this can be arranged at no charge.

Security Deposit:

Prestige Vacations direct does not charge a security deposit. However when you arrive at the reservations office to sign in and collect your keys the local management company may require a security deposit.

Arrival/Departure times:

Check in times for Prestige Vacation Homes is 4pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is 10am on the day of departure.

Cleaning:

All homes are cleaned upon your arrival and subsequently cleaned after you depart. If you require daily maid service or regular clean part way through your stay this can be arranged for an extra fee. Please call for details 1-877 4 Magic 4 u.

Minimum rental periods:

By choosing a Prestige Vacation Home you already know the advantages over checking into a hotel. Homes are usually booked for a minimum of 7 night period. However if you require a period of less than 6 nights or less this is not a problem but a cleaning fee is required. In holiday peak season a minimum 7 night rental period is required ( Christmas, New Year, Easter ) less than 7 nights are available but a surcharge is required. Cancellation Policy:

In the unfortunate circumstance where you need to cancel, 45 days or more prior to the initial deposit of $100.00 is non refundable.

Once you have paid the final total. Cancellations 31-45 days prior to the arrival a 50% refund of the total is available.

Cancellations 30 days or less prior to the arrival no refund is available.

We suggest clients purchase travel/trip insurance to cover the cost of The Rental Home should they need to cancel.

Additional items:

Prestige Vacations Direct homes are fully equipped however depending on the level of accommodations extra items are available. If you require these items please request them when booking your home. Charges are usually paid upon arrival at the reservations desk when you collect your keys.

2.Pool heat weekly $175 + tax
3.BBQ gas grill per week $55 + tax
4.High chair per week $25 + tax
5.Crib (fold away) per week $30 + tax
6.VCR per week $30 + tax

Booking less than 6 nights incur a cleaning fee - call for details. Peak season Christmas, New Year, Easter require a minimum 7 night booking. For peak season less than 7 nights a surcharge is required - call for details.

Taxes and Fees

Payment for all reservations will include a charge for Taxes and Service Fees. These Taxes include an estimated amount we pay to the Management Companies for Florida Sales and use Tax and County Tourist Development Tax.

The Service Fees include an amount to cover service costs we incur in connection with handling your reservation.

We are not the Vendor collecting and remitting taxes to the applicable taxing authorities.

Our Management Companies, as vendor, include all applicable taxes in the amount billed to us and we pay over such amounts directly to the Vendor. Taxability and the appropriate tax rate vary greatly by location.
